Award-winning style, travel, and slifestyle blogger Lorna Duffy has run the acclaimed Fashion Boss blog since 2014. She holds a first class Honours Degree in Marketing and Event Management, as well as an MSc in Digital Marketing, and has worked at numerous large fashion events, including London and Milan Fashion Weeks. Lorna is an expert in content creation, styling, presenting, digital marketing, fashion writing, fashion event management and social media marketing.
Aaron is a professional personal trainer, who prides himself on achieving the highest level of training, nutrition & support systems for each of his clients. After years of struggling with his own weight, he realised that in order to inspire others, he needed to get motivated himself. Nowadays, Aaron strives to encourage others to see the postives in themselves, and always focus on how far they’ve already come.
Susan “Coach Suzi” McEntegart has worked within the leisure industry for seventeen years, as is the head coach at Corner Shop Gym. She is an expert in all facets of running a facility, and can offer a unique insight into the requirements for running a successful fitness venture. Corner Shop Gym is the only dedicated school in Ireland established to help fitness professionals with the business of fitness.
Sue is the creator of highly successful blog, CherrySue, Doin’ The Do. She’s a lover of beauty products, and is the go-to person for new products and launches! She also adores movies, theatre, TV and pop culture, and is a big believer in living life to the fullest.
The pace of life can be frantic and relentless, so mindfulness expert Damian strives to help people view their own thoughts and emotions from a distance, recognise and counteract the body’s physical reactions to stress, and recognize automatic behaviours, habits and prejudices, providing a solid foundation for changing unhelpful thought patterns.
Speaker, marketing pro, and consultant, Jenny Brennan has a passion for helping and inspiring her fellow female, so her venture Foxy Fitness encourages women to embrace fitness and make positive changes in their lives whatever that may look like for them.
